Tonsil stones
Can a small tonsil stones occure in throat wall right below the palatopharyngeal arch in the oropharynx? I am really worried about a single  small white spot over there... Please help

You seem to be looking at whitish debris over tonsils which is not really abnormal. This condition is known as keratosis pharyngeus. Usually no specific treatment is required. If you have symptoms of repeated throat pain, foul smelling from mouth no treatment is necessary. You can try doing antiseptic mouth gargle
