Tonsils problem
For two days, I am suffering from something strange inside my mouth(on the right side of tonsils). It is something spiky and brownish in color which everytime irritate me and it has I think a whitish substance inside. And another thing in the left side of tonsils like two yellow spots. I am really worried that what is it and what is the reason behind this unusual thing. Please help me in this.

You seem to be looking at whitish debris over tonsils which is not really abnormal. This condition is known as keratosis pharyngeus. If you don't have any symptoms such as throat pain and difficulty in swallowing then you need not worry
