HI
based on your history it seems you may have cavity in your teeth that approches the pulp(nerve layer) of your teeth
First you need to take x ray(IOPA) to check for extension of the cavities
If it approches or very close to the pulp , you need to go for ROOT CANAL TREATMENT otherwise simple filling is enough to save your teeth
Please provide answers to following questions for correct diagnosis
1.do u hv pain only with hot or some other sources like cold & sour substances?
2.do u hv any restoration (fillings)
Previously?
3.do u hv the problem of food lodgement at the site of ur paining tooth
Hello sir, pain due to taking hot food might be due cavity on your tooth which might require filling. I would advise you to visit your dentist and get it treated.
You must be having a cavity in your tooth or teeth. What you are referring to is sensitivity to hot food stuff.
Next Steps
Hurry up and see a dentist immediately. If you are lucky, you will only need a filling in the affected tooth. If it worsens, the tooth might need a root canal.
