Bridges vs implant which one will be better option for me and which one hurts the most. I am very much scared of pain so please suggest which one would be less painful

Good afternoon Dear Thanks for the query As per your query you are confused between Dental implant and Bridge. As per present scenario Dental Implant is the best available option for replacement of the missing tooth/teeth,provided amount of bone required is sufficient. Dental implants are done under local anesthesia so it won't pain you,but yes there will be little discomfort after the implant placement for 1 or 2 days. Implant is the ideal treatment option cause it does not alter the remaining dentition . Again it can be ascertained only after thorough clinical and radiographic analysis.It involves a surgery hence in your words may be painful.
