2 teeth at least seem affected. The upper second molar will require a Root canal and the wisdom tooth behind it also shows a cavity. Will require a filling at least.

There is overlap in your X-ray so contact areas are not clear. The first molar also will need to be checked clinically if it has a cavity and if so a filling may be required.
