Hi dctr, my son is feeling pain in his lower jaw side tooth, in which decay is there, few months back he had wid filling after sumtym it was automatically came out, but he feels pain in same tooth and cavity is deep and in brownish colour, now he got swelling in same gum and white lyk pus in that, so what to do

Hi... If it Is a primary (milk) teeth it can be removed, As usually milk teeth falls off by the age of 8yrs If it is an permanent teeth it has to be preseverd doing root canal treatment First and foremost is to take X-RAY(IOPA)to rule the cause

Depends on which tooth it is. If it is the first primary molar then it can be removed as it usually goes by 8 years of age. However if it is the second primary molar then it should be saved by doing a root canal if possible
