HI I have a feeling that you got your scan done without gynaecologist's consultation .multifollicular scan report has to be co related with other clinical and physical findings to come to a diagnosis of policystic ovarian desease. And if so, your gynaecologist will advise you regarding conceiving and if necessary will support with medications. So consult a gynaecologist at the earliest.all the best.
