Trying to loose weight
Hi, i am a student and recently i have gained a lot of weight. Currently 85kg. My height is 5'3. I have tried many internet diets but they have terribly failed. Can you suggest me a propee diet where i dont have to starve my self. I am a vegetarian

Things can be controlled with right food . Food is a habit as you eat right you will crave for right kind of good , if you eat only junk n sweet carbs you will crave for carbs all the time . Hi! I know how it must be. I've been there and probably done everything that you did! :) So I would tell you what you must have come across, diet and workout are the only way. Since you are a student, your eating patterns are also going to be different. There is a lot of stress eating at times, and we do not tend to realise it until later. So the best way would be to consult a nutritionist and get a personalized diet plan and start with at least 30 minutes of daily physical activity. If there is no physical activity right now, you might as well want to start with just walking for now, and later on go for a combination of cardio and strength training. Till you get a personalized diet, here are some tips. - Avoid processed and refined foods. (Bakery products, ready to eat snacks, packed juices, aerated beverages etc.) - Consume more of whole fruits and fresh vegetables. - Keep a watch on your fat sources, make sure you have unsaturated fats rather than saturated ones. (Prefer plant seed oils rather than butter, margarine, and hydrogen oils.) - Make sure you have salad with each of your meals. - Have small and frequent meals. - Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water each day. - Don't miss your physical activity.
