Given your medical conditions, it's essential to approach weight loss with caution and under the guidance of a Dietitian. Hypothyroidism can affect metabolism, making weight loss more challenging. Here are some personalized tips: 1. Consult with Healthcare Professionals:Ensure your treatment for hypothyroidism and blood pressure is optimized. Your doctor may need to adjust medication doses if range not under control. 2. Nutrition: Focus on nutrient-dense foods and portion control. 3. Physical Activity:* Walking is a great start, but consider incorporating a mix of cardiovascular exercise and strength training. 4. Stress Management:* Chronic stress can impact weight and exacerbate existing health conditions. Explore relaxation techniques such as meditation, yoga, or deep breathing exercises to manage stress levels. 5. Sleep: Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night. Poor sleep can disrupt hormones involved in appetite regulation, making weight loss more challenging. 6. Monitor Progress: Keep track of your food intake, physical activity, and any changes in weight or health symptoms. This can help you and your healthcare team identify patterns and make adjustments as needed.

Eating less is not the solution but eating right is the best remedy. It's a myth that one can reduce after eating less. For an example you might have seen people who consume excessive kcal like deep fried and junk meals but still very slim and skinny on the contrary there are people who eat less and tend to gain weight. It depends as per your constitution analysis ( vata/pit/kapha). You can also get it done and choose the right food as per the requirement to get desired results

Hello I read your diagnosis according to your height(177cms) and weight(110-120)you are in the overweight category.according to the IBW you have to reduce your weight 30-35 kgs. The thyroid gland controls the metabolic processes of the body. It produces thyroid hormones that regulate many biological functions and ensure proper health is maintained. When the thyroid gland becomes sluggish or overactive, it can lead to many problems. Stress – Stress releases the hormone cortisol, too much of it can mess with your hormonal balance. Managing your stress actively can help to balance your thyroid symptoms.so mainly u have to cut down the carbs and salt restriction diet and also include protein rich foods
Next Steps
For thyroid u have to limit these foods like cabbage, cauliflower, cruciferous vegetables, brussels sprouts, soya & its products, radish and caffeine not for the daily basis. And some foods are best for thyroid like yogurt, fruits like apple ,citrus, pears, avacado, nuts and seeds, whole grains, and green tea.Add any or all of these to the diet and will notice a considerable improvement of your thyroid gland function over a period
Health Tips
Exercise – Sweating it out is great for your health regardless of your medical condition. Do a variety of workout routines from mild walks to intense aerobics, this will help you to maintain good metabolism. It can also help combat some of the symptoms of hypothyroidism.
