Unable to get pregnant, my TSH is 7, gaining weight. Doing brisk walk for 40 min still not able to loose weight. Please help

For weight loss take high fibre diet plan and do exercises. Avoid outside foods and packets foods junkfoods fatty food's processed foods. Drink water 16glasses daily.

Hello Don't take tension now after delevery when baby will 3 month yr old then  u can plan for weight loss - eat balance diet continue walk - and now just relax - follow your phycian advice - vaoid junck food and eating out
