Twice abortion hap & period come 10 days
First time i have go trough the abortion & second tiem when i had plan for baby then again due to some reason abortion happened, it almost pass 6 to 7 month & Now we again Planning for baby however my period are not comming regular & it come 10 days befor actul date... Need your valuable suggestion to procced further

I am sorry for you pregnancy losses but for finding out causes of abortion in your case ,a gynaec workup is mandatory
