Hey Thanks for reaching out. I understand ur facing challenges in relaxing ur mind n body when u need to and hence no quality test n sleep. It would help to understand ur bedtime regime. Taking care of a few things during steep time positively impacts better sleep. For example clean bed linen, washing ur feet with warm water, moisturising ur feet n hands with a lotion and doing some deep breathing with affirmations that sync with u.
Next Steps
Feel free to connect on how u can explore this further over a session.

Hey! Thank you so much for reaching out. In order to address this, we need to consider the potential reasons your sleeplessness. This can be because of various causes, starting from mental health concerns like anxiety, to the impact of caffeine and other substances. It can also be due to the distress caused by intrusive thoughts. Since the causes/reasons can be many, it is important to understand the same before providing any solutions. However, you can still practice some techniques to ensure sleep hygiene. Make sure that you keep away any devices like the mobile phone and laptop before you go to sleep. It is suggested that you have a fixed sleep schedule, and avoid any substances or difficult exercises before bedtime. Please also ensure that you dont go to bed hungry, and don't eat extremely heavily right before bed time either. Avoid taking naps, and don't go to bed until and unless you're sleepy. If you don't get sleep 20 minutes after you go to bed, try getting up and engaging in some relaxing activities till you feel sleepy. Lastly, please consider going for therapy to explore these concerns in depth, in order to understand the causes and how they can be addressed.
Next Steps
Please practice techniques for sleep hygiene, and consider going for therapy as your next time. You can get in touch with me through this app, and we can schedule a session :)
