From last week i am unable to get sleep till 3:00am, i lay down to sleep around 11:00 pm. It makes me very uncomfortable and uneasy. Then it gets difficult to get up in the morning. Pls suggest some medicine that i can take on temporary basis.

We have to assess the exact cause of insomnia. Because lack of sleep is a symptom not disease. It seems that you might have anxiety. A simple anxiolytic would help. Better if you consult a psychiatrist.
