Hii, am 26 years old and i weigh 80 kg and height 5ft 8 inch,iam trying to loose my weight to 74 but am unable to fall in weight after some diet control and cardio exercise, iam unable to stop my food cravings, i eat chapati daily but once a week i eat outside, i request you to please provide me some medicine to stop food cravings and please suggest a diet to reduce my weight. Please help me.
