For gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.

You have to take small and frequent meal. Don’t skip your meal. Include energy dense and protein rich source in your diet like milk, milk products, nuts , dried fruits, egg, lean meat and fish.
