Underweight
Hello doctor, I am too skinny. I tried everything to get fat but nothing worked. I am 22 years, male and height 5.8 feet  height but my weight is 46 only.please suggest me some advice.

Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins(fish, chicken, eggs, dairy products), complex carbohydrates(peas, beans, whole grains and vegetables, etc.) & healthy fats(almonds, walnuts, etc.) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help.

Hi, Have more bananas, rice, potatoes. Have 2 glasses of milk or shakes or smoothies daily. Have dry fruits and nuts everyday. Also consume dairy products. If you eat non veg then eat it more often. If not then have more chickpeas, paneer, dals and other beans and lentils. Have plenty of good fats. You can contact me for a detailed and customized diet plan Regards
