Underweight
Hey, i am of 18 weight -51 kg and underweight by bmi 16.85. What should i do for Weight gain in healthy way. I never smoke ,never drink in my life ..Even still underweight. I am suffering from common cold around 2 years. I have no more bad habbits ya i mastrubate from 2 years not regular but maximum 2times in a day...Plz help me. Thanku

Avoid junk food, eat well, normal foods like fruits, veggies, milk and it's products,dal and it's products, roti, rice, sprouts, Chana, rajma etc. If non veg then eggs, fish or lean meat.
Next Steps
Play outdoor games regularly if possible. Drink enough water daily.
