Underweight
I am 30 and have a 2.5 yr old child. I am very weak and have lost all my weight and body strength post delivery and by breastfeeding. I was breastfeeding my baby all this while and just in the process of stopping it. I have lost all my stamina and finding very difficult to do my daily routine work. Eventhough I eat I don't put on any weight. I am 40 kgs now and my height is 5.4. Please help to recover faster. My body and bones are paining badly if I do any hard work.

Hello dear, surely will help you. See,There are many reason of being underweight. . Endocrine disturbances . Genetic .Vitamins and minerals deficiency . Psychological problem .stress . Eating disorder and malnourish . Liver dysfunction And many more If you are vitamin and mineral deficient then definitely you will have pain in body due to malnourish ment   So my opinion is to contact directly to us so that we can find the cause of weight reduction , gathering all your data and according ly we will suggest you.
