For gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add plenty of water. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.

For wight gain, you should start your day with exercise & walk early in the morning & the evening, which increase your metabolism. Exercise helps you increase lean weight & prevent fat accumulation. Take high calorie and rich protein in your diet. Add some good fat & nutsin your nuts. Take plenty of water, Avoid junk & deep fry food.

Hi I can't plan your diet without knowing your time schedule, diet schedule and medical history. You should meet me or any other Dietician for a personalized diet plan and discussion of above things. For a while you can follow the following tips : > Eat More Calories Than Your Body Burns > Eat Plenty of Protein > Fill up on Plenty of Carbs and Fat and Eat at Least 3 Times per Day > Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. > Eat more often. Squeeze in an additional meal or snack whenever you can, such as before bed. > Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories >Use bigger plates. Definitely use large plates if you're trying to get in more calories, as smaller plates cause people to automatically eat less. > Get quality sleep. Hello - there are so many reasons..like , it is heriditory/ if to much stress is there/ hyperthyroidism/IBS .. etc. - 1ST  i need to find out root cause whey you are gaining weight - then i can plan diet accordingly. - which will siut you and you will gain weight - and 2d thing for diet plan .i need to take .your diet recall/ lifestyle pattern to/ that u are working or not working
