Undiagnosed psychological problems
I feel like I may have some serious mental health issues. I've never been to see a psychologist and have never been diagnosed with anything. My symptoms include: Minor hallucinations (such as seeing slight movement, small shapes in front of my eyes) Self harm An unexplained sadness/feeling of emptiness A distorted sense of self Attachment issues Loneliness Anxiety I don't think anyone sees that I'm having any serious issues because I feel unable to open up. Any help/insight appreciated

Consult with a physician and check ur physical health and do some lab test like  blood for LFT,FT4,TSH,Complete blood count etc. If all these normal then we consider mental problems. U have to then consult psychologist online or offline. After discuss and taking Proper case history with past hostory ,traumatic history etc u must be diagnosed with a disease and also find a cause. After that according to the cause and diagnosis proper path of treatment is Applied. May in future Psychiatrist help is also needed if there is urge to. Homoeopathy also has good results in mental as well as physical disorders.
