Hi! I have lost a good amount of weight in a small period of time, without significantly changing my diet/lifestyle.
I was 10st 6 earlier in October and prior now I seem to be dropping 1kg a day, today I am 9st 13, but yesterday I was 10 stone on the button, and the day before 10st 1, it's literally getting smaller by 1kg each day.. any advice etc?
