From 6 month I have upper middle chest pain during moving upward and rightward only seems like muscle tension.

As per your description it seems like muscular pain only, because you feel pain during movement. Stress and anxiety can temporarily increase your blood pressure, your heart rate and can cause muscle spasm and chest tightness. if it continues you need to consult the doctor again.
