I get spells of dizziness and confusion intermittently.. Like right now the surroundings around me- the wall, phone etc start appearing strange n unfamiliar and I am feeling like I will faint anytime.. It doesn't affect my muscles as I am able to type, speak easily but just weird confusion and vision.. I checked my bp 5 mint ago n it was 130/80 and heart rate- 86...
