Varicocele
My brother is diagnosed with grade II varicocele of left testis. He has mild to severe pain most of time in a day. We have consulted a urologist. He said that size of right and left testis are almost same and Surgery is only suggested if size of testis reduces. Can we do surgery now for pain management? Is there any way to manage pain
