Hello ,I am 5'4" and my weight is just 40 kgs ,hence my body mass index is just 15 .So what should I do?
I don't eat junk food. I only eat food made by my mother.

You don't have to eat junk food to increase you body mass, but make sure whatever you eat at home that shall be energy and protein rich. Cereals and pulses are the best source. Besides this add variety in you diet. If you are non vegetarian, daily have two eggs. Alternate days have chicken too. As non veg protein is better absorbed by body.
