If the operating Suegeon is unable to explain the reason for ooor vision, I suggest a second opinion. The reasons could be many; could be some complication of surgery, development of a membrane behind the new lens ( chaari); rise or fall in eye pressure, bleeding in the jelly behind the lens or a retina problem.
