Vitamin B 12 and vit D
Recently I have checked and found both vit b12 and vitamin d are below the minimum reqd i am taking medicine but suggest me foods  which will help to improve the vitamins

Sure will suggest but for that we need your diet recall and diet preference like you are vegetarian or nonvegetarian Because for b12 sources are nonvegetarian sources mostly Chat directly
