Vitamin D deficiency
I suffered from hypocalcemia in September 2017 and was rushed to the I.C.U. I hate milk and I rarely include it or any other dairy product in my diet. I was advised to take ostocalcium for 3 months. Even then I rarely drank milk. My serum calcium level was 2.4 gm/dl on 29/11/2018. Today I had a glass of milk in the morning ( around 200ml ) after 2 months. Now I want to stay healthy and safe as my body is very weak. Also, I have migraine and sinusitis. Currently, I am taking Volez, Vozet, Zincovit, Naxdom 500 mg (when migraine attacks occur), Tryptomer (10mg). Sometimes, I feel like I am alive because of the medicines only. How much milk can I consume daily ? Can I have one more glass of milk now ? Please respond . Thanks.. 😭
