I had a vitamin d deficiency and slight uric acid. I need to know proper diet to balance my vitamins

Please avoid processed and packed foods, eating out, cooked proteins.

For losing weight and achieving your weight goal, you should give up all foods that come in packed form or are purchased in ready to eat form. Also reduce foods containing sugar, oil, salt & milk. Eat your 50% food in the form of fruits, salads, vegetables, sprouts, nuts & seeds. All the best.

Hi Source of vitamin d is sun rays . But still you hv to include supliment suggested by physician . For Uric acid avoid lentils ( protein) , paner and soy.
