Vitamin d3 defeciency
I have hypertension, diabetic nephropathy, insulin dependent diabetes, high uricacid, high triglycerides, low vitamind3 of 13 ,operated for gall bladder, slip disc degeneration. Curd and milk don't suit me. feeling enormous pain in nerves through out the body. Considering above please suggest line of management with suitable diet plan.

After onset of diabetic nephropathy controlling BP becomes very important. High TG may be because of low insulin/high sugar levels. First control sugars well and then retest TG. Vit D deficiency is very common in India. U can simply take weekly substitution for 3 months. Pain can be because of uncontrolled sugars or neuropathy. A detailed evaluation is needed
