Vitamins and minerals and protein mixed
My daughter is 14 years old. she has already 9.5 calcium levels out of 10. So is it advisable to give vitamins and minerals , proteins mixed drink with milk for her? This drink further increases calcium levels and possibility of kidney stones? pl. reply.
