U need to reduce 5 KGS only may be u have more deposits on thighs. I can help with 4-5 KGS weight loss in month. U need to have healthy diet and good lifestyle for that

Do walk regularly for min 20 mins(5mins normal pace 10 mins brisk n 5 mins normal).
