Want to build atrength but loose weight
I an 22 year old girl.weight is 67 kgs.bone density is in negative..I have joined gym since 10 days but felt like passing out today..problem is if I eat less or exercise more ,I feel giddiness .nd I am forced to take vertin..I want to gain strength but loose weight too. My eyesight too is very weak .I have to study a lot too .

Hi, It is very important to eat right when gyming and for weight loss. Wrong eating practices and heavy training will lead to health issues like gididnes, muscle loss and lethargy. Weight loss is directly related to Correct eating practices and exercise. Either not done correctly will reflect on your health. Eating the right food at the right time is very important to lose weight. Consulting a qualified dietitian for a customised diet plan pre and post workout is advised.

Include complex carbs with high proteins pre-workout and higher glycemic index foods with high protein diet post workout with continuous supply of hydration (3 litres of fluid) throughout the day.
