Hi, Yes you can have apple cider but it varies from person to person. To recommend anything required more information like whether you are now in breast feeding phase or not, dietary habits etc. If you are not breast feeding phase you should include more vegetables, fruits and complex carbohydrates which will help to reduce weight. Drink atleast 3 litre water per day. Do some exercise which helps to increase your metabolic rate.
