I want to gain weight. Not only that, actually i strictly want to be healthy, i am very slim till now. I did not understand what to do. I eat sufficient bt did not getting healthy and fit. I am slim and feel very weak. I am 21 yrs old now.

Eating just to feel your hunger is not sufficient ,
You should eat healthy balanced diet according to your weight and height so that you don't feel tired and feel energetic,
Your weight can be increased with diet management,
