Want to get rid of dreams.
How can I get rid of my dreams? I don't know what I see in dreams because i don't remember anything after my waking up in the morning. But soon after waking up, it is known that I was dreaming something. Due to these dreams I am not able to sleep well, due to which my weight is also getting reduced. And these dreams never come but daily. I really want a solution because I'm not able to do my work properly. I became very sadistic because of not getting sound sleep.

Dreams are a gateway to your mind. Perhaps your over worked and stressed with your routine work hence that is the way of the brain to release some of those chemicals. It is a very natural process unless it is harming your waking life which in your case it is Hence try and seek some professional help

Hello...Getting dreams is an indicator of sound sleep.We witness dreams when we are in deep sleep. How are you so sure that your weight is reducing because of this?
