Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi, first and foremost you need to get your full body checkup done as soon as possible. You can start with light workout sessions and then increase the intensity gradually. Coffee beans in large quantities is not advisable. 1-2 cup coffee per day is quite enough. Caffeine again has other side effects too.
Next Steps
Do not avoid any food, but reduce the quantity that you are taking. Have a glass of water or buttermilk , half hour before your meals. Start your meal with a salad or sprouts.
