Wants to loose Weight
Gained 15 kg weight in pregnancy. Now after 6 months of delivery , I have lost just 5 kg. How can I reduce the weight and my body fat?

Hi Do abdominal crunches, air cycling, wall squats to reduce tummy.To lose weight at 5-6small meals a day.Eat plenty of fresh fruits n vegetables.Take a plant based protein supplement.Drink6 -8glasses of water a day.Sleep atleast 8hrs a day and have atleast 1hr of dedicated physical activity.
