Watery diarrhea for 3 days
Hello.
I've recently moved to USA for higher studied and I've had on and off diarrhea once a while. However, since the past three days. I've been having continuous watery diarrhea. I've had 5 episodes on the first day, 2 on the 2nd day and another 3 times on the third. What could it be? I have not taken any anti diarrheal medication. I do not have any other symptom expect for abdomen tenderness and more tender towards the lower right side.

If you had fever before these symptoms, then appendicitis should be ruled out.
Visit nearby hospital ASAP & get treated.

Have very light food. Avoid baked items & dairy products.
