Weak lungs power
I want to know the foods and fruit which will help to regain my lungs power... I know i am on psychiatris medicine but i recovered a lot in these 4 years but there is not a single improvement in my lungs power , i am not able to use public toilets also...the smell there cant let me live while others easily go and come

Hi You can do spirometer,  pranayama and brisk walking by putting your spine very straight and doing those variations to increase your lung capacity or power in a great way.. Balanced meals , Alkaline foods etc.. will help you out..with the problem..

Hi, Omega-3 fatty acid rich foods like Flaxseeds, Almonds, Walnuts, vegetable seeds like Pumpkin, Sunflower, Melon seeds which are sundried. Fish (3times/Week). Herbs and condiments like Kesar, Elaichi, Black pepper, these foods to be included daily.
