Is there any fever or loose stool your kid had recently
Weakness is nonspecific symptom of any illness
Improve her nutrition with good healthy foods veggies friuits proteiin rich foods
If any illness she should be exanined properly
Basic investigations also needed to rule out anemia infections etc
