Weigh Gain after Dengue
Hello Doctor,I have been diagnosed with dengue on 29th oct 2017, before dengue my weight was 92-95 around and after it decreased to 82. I became too weak,as it started to cure like around 15 nov .I was back to healthy state at that time I didnt took care of weight but I checked it on29nov it was 102.I thought may be I wasn't out for a month taking bed rest so it was increased. So I started taking those metabolism improvement techniques of lukewarm water +lemon+honey and had control over food like restricted rice started having oats+milk as breakfast, oil related snacks, junk food and had only rotis.Till feb my gate exam was there I was studying for 14 hrs a day so no workout no exercise but controlled my food habit as I dont have time for any other work. It was 112 on 12 feb and I started gym for 2months till april,  morning 2 hours and then 2 hrs of badminton in the evening but it didnt even chang my weight by 2kgs,after that I have started coaching at Hyderabad now I am 116!
