Weight gain after 2 operations
I m gaining weight after c-sec and pus operation immediately after delivery and not able to lose it.Also i cant remain hungry for a long time. I cant eat oats & drink green tea.I m having migraine & low bp problem.it is going to b almost 5 years of my operation.I m 30 years and weight is 78 kg

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for post pregnancy weight loss.
