Hi I understand your concern. Have you checked your hormone levels? If everything is in order and still you are under weight it can be any absorption issue related to digestion. You can have wholesome cereals like atta, jowar, ragi, etc and also good protein like milk n it's products, dal, chana, peas. If non veg you can have eggs daily, and lean meats 3 days a week. Do physical activity. Avoid junk to gain weight.
