Hi We would like to know your height and medical issues if any. You  have to manage your dietary intake properly with correct timings and correct amount. Don't eat so much in one time that you feel like vomiting. Eat in every 2 hours. Small meals in frequent intervals of time. You need to follow a complete balanced diet and choose foods from right food groups. Achieving an unhealthy weight gain can lead to many problems. So select wisely. Food groups such as : milk , vegetables, pulses, cerals and fruits should be consumed daily. Sugars and fats should be taken in moderation. Follow a protien and fibre rich diet. Regards, Godiets.

Hello. Weight gain these days is more difficult than weight loss. for sustained weight gain, it is very important to eat right that eat more. It is not necessary that eating more will help weight gain, it even might help gain weight, but that will just be irregular deposition of fats in unwanted parts of the body. You dont have to eat too uch at once, istead, have small meals in short intervals, which is high in protein, with adequate charbohydrate and good quality fats, majorly through invisible sources. eg: in between means you can much on some nuts, have a cup of yogurt, have a fruit bowl, etc.
