Gained weight from 55 to 60 to 65 to 67.5 now. I am 5"3' 67.5 kg 26 yr old Female. Weight is getting increased. Was doing gym previously. But no exercise now a days. I want to know is gym better yoga better zumba better or something else..Dnt know where to start. Also need diet plan to follow. Due to this getting stressed.. affecting me physically and emotionally. Plz help

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
