As I am an underweight I currently started to do gyming with the aim of increasing strength and weight. I eat eggs milk banana rice dal etc for diet.
Is it advisable for me to take any kind of protein supplement as doing gym requires high strength?
Or do you suggest me to take any other kind of diteary supplement as my weight is quite low ??
