Hi You have to manage your dietary intake properly with correct timings and correct amount. You need to follow a complete balanced diet and choose foods from right food groups. Achieving an unhealthy weight gain can lead to many problems. So select wisely. Food groups such as : milk , vegetables, pulses, cerals and fruits should be consumed daily. Sugars and fats should be taken in moderation. Also eating in every 2 to 3 hours is a good practice Follow a protien and fibre rich diet. Learn more about sources.
