We need to know your present intake and physical activity levels to chart out a diet plan.However to start off you can increase proteins and reduce carbohydrate from your diet.Include lots of fresh fruits n vegetables.Eat 5 small meals a day.Sleep 8 hrs.Avoid afternoon naps and drink 6-8 glasses of water.Do yoga or cycling or stretch exercises.Consult privately for better results.
