TB cause weight loss. You need to be on a high nutrition diet. To gain weight you need to take healthy carbs like brown/unpolished rice, oats, bananas (3-4 daily), potatoes, fresh milk and home made milk products like curd, butter, paneer, ghee etc. Do 30 mins of strength exercises daily.
